### FAQs

**1. How does Offline work?**\n   Monthly credits: You get 2 credits each month. Finding restaurants: Open our app to see available restaurants in your city. Using credits: Visit any available restaurant + redeem a credit for $10-$60 off your bill.

**2. Do unused credits rollover?**\n   Yes! You can have up to 6 Monthly Credits at one time. You can also earn Bonus Credits by referring a friend to Offline, or Annual Credits with an Annual Membership.

**3. Is there a minimum spend?**\n   On bigger offers, you may see a minimum spend. We put this in place to make sure the restaurants win too.

**4. Why a yearly fee?**\n   Because we're building a city-wide dining club, not an ad business. Since restaurants don't pay us anything to join the roster, your membership funds the mission.

**5. Does my partner/friend/dining companion need their own membership?**\n   No, you can use 1 credit to dine out with as many people as you like.
